CCA and PQ Testimonial

Hi everyone,

Here are some things to take note of for CCA and PQ testimonial.

CCA testimonial- Just look at the handout you received and do accordingly.
Include your CCA achievements, CIP, Service Learning(including OCIP projects.), external CCAs, outside CCA pursuits can also be added, like black belt for taekwondo, grade 8 for piano etc.

PQ testimonial - Include your academic achievements (results) , external academic or non-academic competitions(NYAA, MAS essay, quizzes etc.) , class position (treasurer, welfare rep) and personal qualities (kind, honest). Add all your other things that you did not add in CCA testimonial, the list is not exhaustive) Mrs Lim, at her own discretion would decide what to and what not to include.

Friend write testimonial- You MUST ask one friend to write your testmonial, your friend can write whatever he knows about you, your achievements, behavior in class, projects, acadmemic results etc. One person can write for more than one friend (no limit to the number of people you can write for)

For all these testimonials, please check through the checklist on the last page of your handout. Just in case you think you want to spam stuff, the testimonial is only supposed to be one page long. Ensure format, order of your paras and font is correct.

Ensure you have verification (photocopies of documents) for every achievement and CCAs that you include in your testimonials, except class position and academic results (duh..) Submit all these verification documents by first week of Term 3.

When emailing your testimonials to Mrs Lim, please indicate whether you are a scholar holding pre-u scholarships(for e.g. LEP ). Also indicate if you are going to apply for a scholarship this year (PSC or any other thing).

Submit everything asap to limlineng@yahoo.com by this Friday(23th May), if not, try to hand up by next Monday.
